Founder & CEO
Missy Held is the Founder and CEO of FIRN, where she leads the company's mission to modernize and unify behavioral health facility data for government agencies, health systems, and enterprise partners. With a background in tech start-ups and emreging market industries, Missy brings a strategic, cross-sector lens to solving data infrastructure challenges. She has deep, cross-agency expertise in behavioral health facility data and understands how gaps, duplication, and fragmentation directly impact funding, policy, and access to care, especially for underserved populations including Veterans.

Anthony Lemus
Chief Technology Officer
Anthony Lemus leads FIRN's technology strategy and data infrastructure, bringing over 30 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, and AI-driven systems. He has held senior roles at Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and Allergan, and is a certified Design for Six Sigman Master Black Belt. Anthony also serves as a Professor of Engineering at Chapman University, with deep expertise in algorithm design, systems integration, and product innovation.

Jamie Held
Chief Development Officer
Jamie Held brings extensive operational and investment experience to FIRN. After successfully building and consolidating regional operations in the scrap metal recycling industry, he turned his expertise toward healthcare innovation. As a principal and minority investor in behavioral health facilities in Texas, Jamie combines his strategic growth mindset with deep industry knowledge to expand FIRN' partnerships and drive successful program development.

Darron Kotoyan
Director of Business Intelligence
Darron leads Business Intelligence at FIRN, where he develops the systems, processes, and data strategies that turn fragmented behavioral health data into actionable intelligence. With a background in data science, AI, economics, and business systems, he has spearheaded enterprise-wide BI initiatives that unify cross-functional teams, accelerate decision-making, and deliver measurable outcomes. Before joining FIRN, Darron led the Business Intelligence function in the hospitality industry, where he built predictive pricing engines, operational dashboards, and scalable data infrastructure to support long-term strategic growth.
